How Can I Relax To Improve My School Work?

Recently, I’ve begun to really stress out because of school. Even though I study, my nerves take over me before a test and I do poorly. What’s worse is that I get so worked up I scratch my legs and pull out my hair. Does anyone have any methods to calm down? Thank you!

If I add brown gel food coloring to chocolate icing will it make it look black?

What Can I Do To Get A Girls Attention In Class?

I need a way to initiate a conversation with a girl in my class, and with minimum awkwardness. She sits next to the person in front of me. She’s really quiet.
