Selective Service indicate that military loans granted to citizens living in some countries may be exempted the induction, but they indication of their country, neither responded to surveys my email and phone, so I wonder if a citizen living in Canada, Canada can be a project for the exemption. My child is a citizen of the United States and Canada. I know that he has written to the SS but induction disclaims or when the United States has a project. I didn’t find this information on the Web site of the Government.
As a U.S. citizen, your child is fully subject to military conscription order restored in citizenship United States not disqualify or close it.
You can search the military site that provides the following information on a dual citizen or Government: “some foreigners and citizens double may be exempted from military induction that there is a project, depending on your country of origin and other factors.” Some of these exemptions are shown below: an alien living in the United States for less than one year free induction. National double that in another country of nationality, has concluded an agreement with the United States, which specifically provides for exemption are free induction. [Some countries have agreements with the United States national which exempts the alien is a citizen of the country and the United States armed service US military forces]. An alien who requires and is free of charge in the framework of an agreement or bilateral treaties can never become a citizen of the United States and may have problems reentering the United States, should be.
A foreigner served at least a year, the military of a country with which the United States is involved in mutual defence activities are exempt from military service, if it is a citizen of a country that grants reciprocal privileges of citizens of the United States. During a project, any requests for exemption based on any of the categories referred above may be granted or denied by the position of humans. Military advisers, the final decision on who will be accepted for the armed forces. “Reason”. Not the damage in the list of countries with which the United States has special agreements on this issue. Also could not find on the Web.
However, my Council to you is the following:-link to the US Embassy in Ottawa; try first to consular section. If they can not help you, ask those who can. You can also attach that? It may be capable of light. Finally, there is a legal representative (linked), perhaps I can learn or be able to discover.
-still a selective bug administration. Gov offices. they are usually slow to respond, but must be responsive.
If all else fails, the family of an American citizen in your email, write or ask a member of the Office of the United States a province with a connection with his family and ask that they track. Government bureaucrats should respond to Congress investigations within 3-5 days.
